1.1         The Chair welcomed the Members to the meeting.

1.2         Apologies were received from Alun Davies MS. Hannah Blythyn MS attended as a substitute.

1.3         The Chair paid tribute to Hefin David MS, a former member of the Committee who passed away during the Summer recess. A moment of silence was held to reflect on his loss.
