Introductions, apologies, substitutions and declarations of interest
Minutes:
1.1 The Chair welcomed Members to the meeting of the
Culture, Communications, Welsh Language, Sport, and International Relations
Committee.
1.2 The Chair formally welcomed Heledd Fychan MS back to the
Committee and thanked her for undertaking the Temporary chair role at the last
meeting. The Chair also thanked Llyr Gruffydd MS for his work on the Committee.

2.1 The Committee heard evidence from the Cabinet Secretary
for Culture and Social Justice.
2.2 The Cabinet Secretary was supported by additional Welsh
Government officials namely, Neil Welch, Head of Sport; Kate Roberts, Head of
Historic Environment; and Joedi Langley, Head of Sector Development.
2.3 The Committee agreed to write to the Cabinet Secretary
on matters relating to the evidence session.
