Motion under Standing Order 17.22 to elect a Temporary Chair for items 1 to 5 of the Committee's meeting on 8 July 2024 and any other business relating to pre-appointment scrutiny under consideration at the Committee's meetings on 8 and 15 July 2024 Minutes: 5.1 The Chair informed Members that she was recusing herself from the Committee’s pre-appointment scrutiny of the Welsh Government’s preferred candidate for the role of the Older People's Commissioner for Wales. 5.2 The Chair called for nominations for a temporary Chair under Standing Order 17.22. 5.2 The Committee appointed Julie Morgan MS as Temporary Chair for items 1 to 5 of the Committee's meeting on 8 July 2024 and any other business relating to pre-appointment scrutiny of the Older People's Commissioner for Wales at the Committee's meetings on 8 and 15 July 2024, under Standing Order 17.22. |
