Statutory Instrument Consent Motion: The Plant Varieties Act (Amendment) Regulations 2026

To propose that Senedd Cymru agrees, in accordance
with Standing Order 30A.10, that the Secretary of State makes the Plant
Varieties Act (Amendment) Regulations 2026, that will apply to Wales (they will
also apply to England, Scotland and Northern Ireland), in accordance with the
draft laid in Table Office on 27 February 2026.
The Statutory Instrument Consent Memorandum
was laid in Table Office on 27 February 2026
in accordance with Standing Order 30A.2.
