Legislative Consent Motion: The Public Office (Accountability) Bill

Irranca-Davies (Ogmore)
To propose that the Senedd, in accordance with
Standing Order 29.6 agrees that provisions in the Public Office
(Accountability) Bill, in so far as they have regard to devolved matters,
should be considered by the UK Parliament.
In accordance with Standing Order 29.2, a
Legislative Consent Memorandum was laid on 2 October 2025 and Supplementary
Legislative Consent Memorandum (No. 2) was laid on 11 December 2025. Supplementary Legislative
Consent Memorandum (No.3) was laid on 27 January 2026, and withdrawn
and replaced with an updated version on 17 March 2026.
