propose that the National Assembly for Wales, in accordance with Standing Order
29.6 agrees that provisions in the Cultural Property (Armed Conflicts) Bill,
relating to the protection of cultural property in the event of armed conflict
in so far as they fall within the legislative competence of the National
Assembly for Wales, should be considered by the UK Parliament.
A
Legislative Consent Memorandum has been laid in Table Office on 16 June 2016 in
accordance with Standing Order 29.2(i).
