1 Introductions, apologies and substitutions
The Chair welcomed Committee Members. Apologies were received from Angela Burns and Rebecca Evans. The Chair noted that Paul Davies would be subbing for her until further notice. John Griffiths substituted for Rebecca Evans.
The Chair noted that as Bethan Jenkins was the Member in Charge for the Financial Education and Inclusion (Wales) Bill, she would not attend any Committee sessions relating to the Bill. There would be no substitute for Stage 1.
2 Financial Education and Inclusion (Wales) Bill - Evidence session 1
The Committee heard evidence from Bethan Jenkins AM. The Member agreed to provide a note regarding Section 12 of the Bill, specifically on how local authorities are to develop and maintain a list of sources of advice and how could they ensure that the advice is reliable.

The Committee heard evidence from the Association of Directors of Education in Wales (ADEW)
4 Financial Education and Inclusion (Wales) Bill - Evidence session 3
The Committee heard evidence from the Wales Co-operative Centre.
